The 65th Multiple District 308 Lions Convention Organising Committee reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the convention upon the advice and decision of the Multiple District 308 Council due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, civil unrest, or any other circumstances affecting the successful holding of the convention.
In such circumstances, the Organising Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine the refund arrangement, whether full refund or partial refund, subject to the decision of the Multiple District 308 Council.
All registration fees paid are non-refundable but are transferable within the same district, subject to self-transfer via the official web portal provided by the Organiser before the stipulated closing date, which will be announced by the Organising Committee.
